We had a lot of rain and wind - temperature dropped from 28°C to 9.5°C! :S Bloody freezing!!!

Similar here in Derbyshire - it was so lovely just a week or so ago, autumnal colours all around but bright, hot sunshine, amazing!
Now it's cold and wet and I've had to put the heating on for a little bit each day. And my tomatoes are still not ripe, but I don't have a greenhouse to put them in, so it looks like it'll be green tomato chutney making time soon!
That being said, the sloes were out at their usual time so I've got a litre of sloe gin fermenting in the cellar!

I just got back to Zagreb and immediately turned up the heating on full force - it's bloody freezing outside!
