That cake is incredible! I don't know how you make such beautiful things. How did you get the chocolate so neatly on top all over the cake? I'm very jealous of your skills! :)

well, unfortunately the chocolate wasn't real chocholate, from the recipe i expected some \"cruncy\" chocolate..
it was a mix of cocoa, water, sugar, whipped cream, isinglass.
so the \"chocolate\" was unified in all the cake because it was quite fluid!!:)
haha, the cake was nice just because I made it with love!!!!:)

Any wine drinkers around? I'm not sure if it's just a local thing, but latest and greatest discovery, chocolate or chocolate raspberry wine. I think I'm addicted. Found it in our grocery store for a bout $12 (U.S.) and decided to try it, glad I did. Yum....

I've seen it in shops here, or at least some kind of chocolate flavoured alcohol. You can't find it in every grocery store and I didn't try it out. I'm not really a drinker, but I like trying out different tastes even if they have alcohol in the mix. I'll have to keep an eye out the next time I go grocery shopping, just to see the price here for comparison's sake. :silly:
