The recipe sounds delicious! I have almost all the ingredients in my kitchen. Just have to buy the coconut (oh, I so love coconut! :)) and the crackers. By the picture I'd say we have them here, but after reading that they are sweet, I'm not sure if we do really have them, but I'm pretty sure I can find some appropriate cookies/biscuits for that recipe.

Graham wafers are sweet, but not sickly-sweet, so probably any type of cookie/cracker/biscuit sort of thing would do the trick.

:P We opened a box of strange, butter-waffle-cookies..They're gorgeous..We also opened a box of the same thing but with chocolate sandwiched between two waffle-cookies.

Mm..So fattening, but so good..

I was planing to try out Morgana's recipe but my mom made her apple cake so I've been stuffing myself with that. :P
