I've played this game , both parts. It's strategical and it is declared as the game of the year , but i am not sure which year . What do you think about this game?

Military science fiction real-time strategy video game (I read this at the box of the game).
You can build cities and armies in game.

in the first one you can, in DoW 2 you can't. but that's not a real time strategy game anymore.
both are great games, but i don't play it very often.
if i play i choose chaos as my army, but i can play adequate with necron, dark eldar and tau\\
in DoW 2 also chaos

Titles following the storyline of warhammer 40k.

As much as the mythos of the game plot goes, I like it, but they didn't really do their best job with the game. Must say I'm not a great fan.
Choices we make and the choices that are, when Hell is so close and Heaven so far.

I had DOW 2. but now I have only first one. In first one there isn't necrons. So I also pick chaos.
As I see , now are many new versions of DOW.
