I usually get deja vu a lot in a specific time frame (i.e. a week or a month) and then there can pass a couple of months with me having none. Usually the deja vu isn't just a second but can span out over half a minute...

To see a world in a Grain of Sand,
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.

\"Failure in the system\" - as one would say in the Matrix. :)
Lately it happens more and more frequently...

I get deja vu once in a while, and I have no explanation for it that makes sense to me. I just know what it feels like, but can't really figure out why it is happening. Strange loop in the brain, perhaps.

Nothing to see here, move along folks.

I get this fairly often, and it usually pertains to a dream I've had.

I am amused how many people have posted yes to this but no further discussion is being had... just simple, short answers. lol

I only had a strong feeling of it once, when I was 18 and about to rent my first apartment. As soon as I walked into the building, I had a very strong feeling that I'd been there before, although I'm quite sure in reality I never had been. I'd driven by the place hundreds of times in my life, but never knew anyone else who lived there, and neither did any of my friends or family. And it wasn't a nice apartment either, just a one-room basement suite. However, it was my first taste of real freedom, so maybe that had something to do with it.
