I make my beef stew almost by the same receipe, I just add some carrots, leave out the margerine (and also sometimes the wine too) and only add some bay-leaves and pepper for spices.

hey everyone, ok now i am going to keep you in suspense - i have the yummiest recipe - for dessert and especially for chocolate lovers

That was the name of a resturant in Canberra...they closed down a few years ago sadly.

There are also Death by Chocolate restaurants in Vancouver, Canada. Seems to be the same thing, judging by their website.
