I asked before about what everyone's favourite monsters/mythical creatures are, this time
What are you favouruite real creatures from nature?
Wolves, bats rats and skunks are my favourites!

I'll go with birds of prey. Falcons, hawks, eagles, ravens, owls...
I think they have a lot going on.

That's an eclectic and interesting mix Daruma. I'll be cliched and go with bats, and penguins. Because they're both sweet and stylish, in my mind.

I love bats! And I'm in luck, because I get to see them quite frequently. I live in Arizona, where there's a certain type of bat that's common, called a \"nectar bat\". (Pictured above; I didn't take the picture myself...my efforts to photograph the bats as I see them have resulted in nothing but a couple of photographs of brown blurs & the bats all getting scared & flying away, lol). These bats are so cute...they're only about 6 to 8\" across, and look like mice with wings. Sometimes I'll see a mama bat with one or two baby bats being carried on her back...the babies are the size of a thumb!
