funny you mention that; the cops,judge MY lawyers say i din't have a case cuz 1.technially i was jay walking{which wouldn't hapapen if there were more crosswalks) and 2.obviously i had to be at fault...i was wearing my standard Black Tee and BDUs

Sorry to say this, as I'm a law student, but you really don't have a case as jay walking makes it really your fault. I hope the cops, judge and lawyers didn't really say the part under 2), as that is cruel and so not professional of them.
