Favourite Christmas Movie. was created by vampirelycanthrope13
What are your favourite christmas movies?
They don't all have to be cheesy and sometimes painful to watch 'heartwarming tales',
I am told some of my favourites aren't valid as christmas movies by my friends, but here they are:
Nightmare Before Christmas
Die Hard (It takes place at Christmas)
Gremlins(also takes place at Christmas)
Home Alone 1,2 and 3 (also takes place at Christmas)

Yay! So I'm not the only one! I actually watched the Muppet Christmas Carol in theatres the first time I saw it. I used my birthday money to take my mom and my sistyer. Since then it's been a bit of a tradition to watch it while decorating the house. Another good muppety choice is Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas.

I lurk in the Shadows, waiting to kill, and drink the blood of an unsuspecting person. I am the one who haunts you in your sleep. I am the night Queen.

Some of my favourite movies...
Nightmare Before Christmas
Scrooge (1951 version of A Christmas Carol, starring Alistair Sim)
Muppet Christmas Carol
A Christmas Story
Monty Python's Life of Brian
I liked It's a Wonderful Life too... it's not nearly as sappy as I was expecting it to be.
I also enjoy a lot of the cartoons/kids shows that are on at this time of year.
How the Grinch Stole Christmas
Charlie Brown Christmas
A Garfield Christmas

Hmm..Not sure whether to see Disney's version of 'A Christmas Carol'..I don't think any version could ever replace my love for the Muppets' version.
Monty Python's Life of Brian! Hehe! Not seen that in years! :woohoo: Must make sure I re-watch it this Christmas.
