I like one and unforgiven. I think those are the song names. I know the songs, but notg the names so well.

Yes, sadly enough they're not 18 anymore. They are old, and with that their music changed. Terribly. But still.
Metallica will always make impact. And I think that's what it's all about in music and art in general.

Slayer and Motorhead aren't 18 anymore either, and they're still kicking ass. I don't like much that Metallica has done since Justice. There have been a couple of decent rock songs, but I liked them better as a thrash metal band. To each their own opinion, however.

I'm not a fan but I like some of their older songs. They aren't anything special to me.

I really enjoy Metallica. It was the second concert we took our daughter to (after the Pogues, and her thrid was Bruce Springsteen, and the fourth will be U2 on Tuesday). They are a very entertaining live band. I do like most of their music, and I LOVE that they don't play the same 12 songs over and over again, they are trying to create something new all the time. Much more impressive than making And Justice for All over and over for 25 years. Still, I like Motorhead too, and they still have the same sound, but each to their own. I understand, everyone has their own tastes. That's what makes the world so interesting.
