Do any of you have Last.Fm? I thought I'd just make a thread to make finding people easier rather than having the odd mention in various threads and having people miss posts.

I have an account, but forgot the username and password... and the e-mail with which I signed up too. :silly:

I've never heard of this, but I assume it's similar to Facebook, Twitter, etc.?

Eeh..Sort of but not quite. You can leave each other 'shouts' which is like writing on a 'wall' on Facebook, but it basically tracks the songs you play and lets you see stats. :woohoo: Can also recommend artists based on what you already listen to, which I quite like for days I get bored and want to hear something new.

Thanks for the info, I might check that out...

I used to use a website called LaunchCast, for listening to music. You could rate songs you liked, and it would make recommendations based on your ratings. I discovered a few new-to-me bands that way. You could also ban things you never wanted to hear, which was really nice. They shut down a few years ago though...
