I haven't seen any further details on the band's website, so presumably the family wants to keep it private. And that's how it should be. We \"knew\" him as the singer/bass player for TON, but there are some things fans don't need to be a part of. I think it would be pretty traumatic for the family to see a crowd of people around the church and cemetary, while they're trying to say goodbye.

They wrote on the website that the family wants to keep it a private affair. I think it's normal for any person's funeral to just keep it family and friends.
A bit off-topic, I find this an disrespectful act regarding funerals and think that the Supreme Court should somehow rule in favour of the soldier's father.

That link doesn't work, but I'm pretty sure I know what story you're referring to. And I totally agree... no matter what your opinion of the war, a funeral is NOT the place to protest it.

Sorry for the link, it worked a couple hours ago. :( But yes, I also think we are thinking about the same case.

The man had an amazing voice. I will miss him. I'm curious and look forward to hearing the covers of their songs.

If you have no one to blame but yourself then clearly you need to stop doing things alone.
