I don't think you'll have any problems getting through Wuthering Heights though... I've read it several times myself and it's a great story.

Wow Envy, sounds like you've set yourself quite a schedule! I hope you take some time to relax and just see the sights as well. After all, that's the whole point of a vacation.

Ah thank you..I will try to 'relax', but it'll have to be alongside my reading. I promised lots of people I'd take as many pictures as possible while I'm 'on holiday' anyway, so I'll take time out for that.
I know the basics of the 'Wuthering Heights' plot..Mainly because as we're studying it, my English literature teacher seems to enjoy giving us plot summaries and basically ruining the story for all of us. Apparently it's 'necessary'. :S Grr!
Because he's given us summaries and uses a lot of character name-dropping, it's confused a lot of us as well, as I seem to recall that some of the characters introduced later in the book seem to share parts of the names of earlier characters.

Argh! That's what I always hated about English Lit classes in school. It seems the teachers always give the story away in those stupid summaries, or else they make you answer so many nit-picky little questions about it that they suck all the fun right out of reading. No comment on the name-dropping, so as not to confuse you further...

To see a world in a Grain of Sand,
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.

I've started reading \"The Historian\" by Elizabeth Kostova.
I've read that... can't say it was one of my favourite books though. I'd be interested to know what you think of it.
