Forum Error

Maybe some people haven't already noticed it but again the \"old\" server space error is back.

You will probably get a white page with some version of the following text:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 20971520 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home/fhlinux197/a/alchemygothic.com/user/htdocs/components/com_kunena/template/default_ex_black/showcat.php on line 179

For now only accessing the first page of the General Section is making problems, like last time really, so I assume that it will get worse.

We'll probably have to change the server and the forum in the near future, but till then we'll try to make some \"spring cleaning\"...

If you really need to find some thread that is on the first page of the General section and the recent discussions tab isn't working, then use the search engine because that works fine. (n.b. I've moved the forum guidelines and banned list to the alchemy section.)

Yes, I noticed that the error had returned... on Monday, I think it was. Seems fine today though, fingers crossed.

Generally when an error arises (the one named) everyone is affected by it. It's caused by the lack of memory.

I've got to wonder though, any idea which providers are being considered, Magnolia?

Nope, no idea really and I don't know how soon this will be... Maybe they will work out something with this server. :huh:
