I'm getting a cold now but I don't think it's any fault of my own. I don't make a conscious effort to eat healthily but if a started to get a bit plump I would lose weight (luckily I'm growing so I'm still slim).

I try to live healthy, but I sometimes can't avoid some junk food or being lazy...
Diet wise, I eat as much cooked food as possible and almost only drink water (sometimes coffee, tea, milk) but avoid soda and even fruit juices (they're overfilled with sugars and artificial colors and who has time to press oranges every day? XD). I try to do some sport at least twice a week (well, aikido trainings cover the twice a week up), try to go swimming on weekends and I walk everywhere I can...

The fun thing is, not sure if it's like this anywhere else tho, in Sweden you can't say it's a juice, if it's not 100% (or very close to it) pure fruit. So if it's juice on the front, then I know what's in it... else I check the ingredients, as what they got most has to be first - sugar first in line, there's more sugar then anything else, for example.

And orange juice isn't that hard to do... do it once in a while (since I got to know how the machine worked...) and it's really worth the extra minute and the water to clean the machine... :P Tho I'm not sure if it's good to eat/drink more then two oranges a day... well, makes a glass, and I'm happy :silly:

but the voices in you mind;
the thoughts you can't live without

If you don't have a comment why do you post anything then?
At least try to write if you are trying to live healthy or not, and maybe your motivation for one or the other...

Lucky Swedish people! Here in Croatia, you can have juice written on the front and there is like 30% fruit in it. (My fellow Croatians reading this, please correct me is I'm wrong!)
