My kung fu master (a Buddhist monk) says the goal of martial arts is to not fight, and he calls the person you are fighting \"your friend\", never opponent or enemy, because you will show them that you are their friend, not an enemy. So I do kung-fu, but for watching sport, I love hockey.

well did do the art of ninjitsu for 5 years but iv moved away

watching ruby as its a contact sport

the all rounder martial arts

thanks iv seen some of it its very very very close to ninjitsu , i got a damage kneecap 6 years ago in training so i havent done much in ninjitsu and well i havent seen any classes near me since i move back to Scotland
