Really? It's hardest for me to switch to the old couple.
I can see the woman, the two men, the chalice and the crown easily enough. However I've just noticed the bottle (old woman's earring) next to the man.

For me it's hardest to notice the chalice, I see the other stuff somehow all at the same time, hard to explain...

It's just the one face.
Supposedly once you see it, it's always there for you, but if you don't look at it for months you'll forget and lose the face.
