Well, humans are social creatures so I believe being completely alone and invisible from others would get to me eventually. My real fears include living a dull and non-exciting life and amounting to nothing by the time I die.
Meaning comes from within.

My biggest fear is separation; it's been with me so long and so deeply that I've never really made very many real friends, because I knew that I was going to move away in a year or two and I didn't want to be sad all the time. While I'm trying to get over the more extreme parts of it, what it tends to mean is that my biggest fear is dying alone, without making any real contribution to the world, and being completely alone and unrecognized.

My biggest fear is that I will lapse into psychosis and never return to normal consciousness. A fear grounded in past experience that I would never ever ever want to repeat.
