To bad there's no way to tie this good luck to my wrist so it can't get away.
Oh, I'd like to do that too if it was possible! :silly:

considering these last few months, yeah I have to consider myself extremely lucky
...just wanted to tweak this one up a bit, if I may...
I am EXTREMELY LUCKY & grateful to be alive and still improving.
still hurts, but like I said on my \"thanksgiving\" post, it beats the alternatives.
we are ALL lucky, even when we don't even realize it...
Be well,friends

1. Won 2 pounds on Christmas day from a scratchcard,
2. Got a free driving lesson from my tutor due to his own kind heart yesterday,
3. Got to keep a pair of shoes worth quite a bit due to a mix up (which really makes my life easier and compensates for the time wastage), was notified yesterday,
4. Weather for my driving test today was *perfect*,
5. I got the same driving test route as my first attempt,
6. I passed,
7. I just got an email which extends my history essay due date by two weeks! But I'll still work to finish it tonight.
Decided to try and go for a small jackpot lottery. Can't push luck too far, so millions aren't what I'm after.
Not this time anyway.
:woohoo:

Strange how people always think about playing the lottery when they have a bit more luck in their lives then usual. :silly: Don't worry, I'd try my luck too with the lottery if I had a similar luck streak.

The date I chose for my test was extremely lucky. The snow's only just melted. The original date I was going to go for would've been cancelled anyway because the roads were completely snowed over. In addition to that - The car I used today was discovered to have had a puncture in a tyre, so it was slowly deflating, and that was found just an hour before my exam. My tutor had to go into a mad rush to get the tyre fixed in time for my exam, otherwise the exam would've had to have been rearranged and cancelled.
Had I gotten a time that was just a little earlier, I wouldn't have passed today. :S
