Gigs/Concerts
As for big name bands, if you ever get to see Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie tour together, GO! Best show Ever. Just been tormented by the radio telling me Rob and some other awsome bands I love are gonna be at the big Rock Fest here in Wis this July... the same weekend Expyre is playing. *sigh* Oh these hard life choices... (:
Oh, I'm jealous! I'd love to see Rob and Alice together... talk about a match made in B-movie hell.

I'm heading to Download Fest. and Bloodstock Open Air this year. Lineups are beauuutiful for both in my opinion.

I'm also absolutely raging -still- that my family wouldn't come to this with me: ffdistantworlds.com/
I could've easily gotten tickets as I was awake all that night with insomnia anyway when tickets went on general sale. The price put almost everyone I know off of going. I just hope they come back next year.
Curious about bands on tour in the US though (Seattle). People are always going on about Brit. crowds being better than American ones.
I want to see this for myself. Not to mention it'd give me something to do to get away from the family while I'm over there for a month...

I hope my local fest at home will have a good line-up, they still haven't announced anything. Basically they haven't announced anything interesting for this summer and this part of the world yet (except the Red Hot Chilli Peppers gig, but I'm not going, not really interested).

Envy, I totally envy you. The US always has the BEST gigs/festivals. Mayhem Fest lineup for this year is amazing. Slipknot and Slayer are headlining with Motorhead, Anthrax, Whitechapel and some other bands performing as well. I think I heard that Mushroomhead was going to be in Seattle in July. If you want to check what concerts are going to be taking place, you can go to this site: eventful.com/
Type in Seattle, WA as location, select Concerts then Pick Dates and it'll show you all that's happening in the area. You can also sign up for an account on the site, pick your favorite artists and they'll send you an e-mail when anyone has announced a tour date in your city.
