R5b & R48 What is the difference?

Basically the whole design, but they are very similar.
The R5b was one of the very first ring designs produced; you have to keep in mind that the very first designs were produced using much more basic production techniques and therefore the designs are much simpler and less detailed in comparison to the new items we get now. So, when Alchemy figured out they could do a better version of R5b, they discontinued that design, overhauled it, and launched it again with another code becasue obviously they don't look exactly the same.

In comparison to R48, R5b has: less detailed face and hair, different hairdo, bigger breasts, slimmer waist and arms, noticeably cuffed wrists to the ring band, and the ring band is slimmer and the same thickness all around, and the body is facing left instead of right as in R48.

No, Alchemy doesn't produce those candles any more.

Regarding that ebay listing, that's not AAC28, but you could say it's a genuine Alchemy item, because it was produced under license.

Basically if you see that someone is selling something under \"Alchemy Guild\", that doesn't mean it's made by \"our\" Alchemy, but another company who holds a licensing agreement from Alchemy and is allowed to use their artwork to create items. Alchemy Guild items are all made from resin and from what I've seen they mostly produce figurines, a couple of candle holders and goblets.

I'd still be cautious about purchasing items which have \"Alchemy\" or \"Alchemy Guild\" in their description. They can be genuine licensed items, but they can also easily be just fake items or items which aren't even fake but people use \"alchemy\" just as a tag to reach more people through the search engine.
