:laugh: I think I've only seen that in movies..Not sure if we actually get those in England. Even people working in call centres just have a huge open space, no walls.

Most offices I have worked in, I have had those stupid padded half-walls. As if you actually had privacy while you were inside. You just feel walled off from the universe. It does make it easier to have a conversation on the phone, by muffling all the other people around you a bit, though. It was better when having to call a patient and give them a little sense of privacy, that they couldn't hear the whole office around you while you were discussing their appointments or whatever. And I could see out the window when the doctor across the hall from me kept her door open! :)
