I had some caramel shortcake, a chocolate mini-roll and a random chocolate biscuit today. :S I should save space for tomorrow..Birthday cake..

I've been sorting through my recipes lately. I tend to find stuff online, or clip from the newspaper, but I rarely get around to actually trying the recipes. I've chucked out a lot that I know I'll never make, but I might try some of them this weekend. Just need to see what I have in the baking cupboard, and go from there... looking through all these cookie recipes is inspiring me!
