I choose 1995 - Alchemy by Gaslight (don't know how to do a link, sorry).
I love the wrought iron gates in the background, I'd love to have something like that in my house somewhere. I also like the way the Alchemist's cape is flowing in the wind.

My favorite is the 1987 catalog cover. All covers are brilliant but this one stands out for me for its sheere simplicity.
