Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards was created by black_magnolia
This Monday are the annual 2010 awards. I assume most are familiar with Metal Hammer (a British metal magazine) and the awards are held for metal musicians...

What made me open a thread about this, is the fact that the awards are made by Alchemy Gothic.

Here is a photo of how the awards (now) look like:

The statues went through a bit of a change... Here are two photos of how the awards once looked like. I couldn't find anybetter ones or more of them...
I think Alchemy did the statues from the start of the awards, but I'm not sure, well, I'm only sure they made the above one which is the current look of the awards.
For now I can count 3 changes of the awards look, but I think there were more... if only I could dig up those photos on the net...

Wow! Those statues are awesome! :woohoo: I'd like to have one like that in my house.

Ahh so this is what you were referring to. I know of the awards even though I don't buy MetalHammer.

Hmm..I never knew Alchemy did all of the awards. The 2009 design is my favourite so far, though.

I prefer the 2009 one. I think the 2007 and 2004 ones were too much inspired with the Oscars. :S
