It's Halloween soon!!!

You know, I have no idea what pumpkin tastes like because I've never eaten one, so I will definitely be giving that recipe a try! US measurements aren't hard to follow, here in the UK most recipe books and sites still put everything in both imperial and metric measurements as people can use either. It's the cups thing we can't always wrap our heads around! :laugh:

I find that a little odd. But then again, it's the comlete opposite over here - we love our pumpkins! The only thing we don't do is make them into Jack o' lanterns becasue we don't celebrate Halloween.

Well, that's at least the case here for my region. In the continental area they are more popular. I assume it's just a cultural thing as people generally stick to food which is common for their region.

I've never had pumpkin either. It doesn't really look like something that I would like to eat. Never was much of vegetable lover as a kid and I'm still not.
