A new picture for you all!
A quick bit of background..Basically this picture was taken in the context of the Royal Ascot. Ascot is a horse racecourse and the Royal Ascot is a mass meeting of people annually where the royal family also attends to watch the races. Many women often dress up eccentrically for the occasion.
