Nervousness
I live in Newcastle, Australia and I don't know if anybody has been here, but it is uncommon for a boy to wear a scarf here, its your typical singlet, shorts and thongs place(as Australia is made out to be in movies)
I stand out so much and I am amazed at how strange people are, I have had people who get angry and offended by how I dress with a scarf and loads or random flare and my hair up and makeup, just cause I am a guy
Ah, being 'strange' is more accepted here. One of the fashions this year for males is the long hair-skinny jeans 'Indie' kind of look. There's a decent amount of cultural acceptance in the city I'm in (with an ethnic majority), so looks aren't as big a deal as they would be elsewhere in England. Some of the 'Emo' guys who wear eyeliner get some hassle for it, but as I said, it would be worse elsewhere.

What is a day without a blessed night?
And what is peace without a blessed fight?
A quick taste of the poison, a quick twist of the knife
When the obsession with death becomes a way of life

Then I realized just how dark the fashion relly had become... (and of course I gave her the adress to the alternative clothing-site where I'd bought them. Wonder what she thought?) And the commersials, at least about shoes, tell that they have a lot of shoes in black, with stripes and studs and all that... I mean, even I love the shoes they sell!
My beauty is not the shape of the body,
but the voices in you mind;
the thoughts you can't live without

I was wearing a pair of shoes I love, high boots with stripes and high heel and most things that couldn't be anything else then goth... and some girl walk up to me, just a normal girl and she 'just had to ask where I bought my shoes. The common store around the corner?'

Hmm. I know that quite recently, there was a gothic/Japanese phase that the high street stalls had in fashion. Large lolita-ish bows for your head etc.
I love getting complements on shoes etc. as well. It's always nice. I remember once, I was in town with some cute platform heels on (picture below) and a girl went completely crazy over them, asking how I could walk in them etc. Came as quite a shock to me, teehee. Especially as they weren't all that high compared to some boots I have.

They look like the shoes that girl from Tekken wears
Girl from Tekken? Any pictures?
I have quite a lot of platform heels by TUK (the company that made those).Don't get me started on shoes - The pictures would fill a great many pages. Being taller is always a great boost to confidence..For most shorties like me, anyway.
