Yes, my ex fiance was the same way. She could only eat certain foods in the morning. Usually half of a corn dog and some juice, then water, then her daily pills. Anything else and she would puke her guts out.
I on the other hand adore breakfast. It's my favorite meal of the day. I'll gorge on breakfast in the morning. The best part is that I usually wake up late so lunch isn't too far away...so it's kind of like an appetizer and then a meal for me.

I don't get a crash from an energy drink because I don't guzzle the thing in one go. It takes me about 4 hours to drink one, and by then, it is only a little bit at a time throughout the afternoon. Like a constant coffee buzz. I will be running my errands or doing my work, and drink it very slow. And no calories, I get the sugar-free one usually. Still not healthy, but not as bad as having 2 or 3 regular sodas for the same effect. And I only have 1 or 2 a week. Trying to justify poor health choices never sounds good, does it?

Holy crap! It takes you 4 hours to drink one! I couldn't wait that long. I can only make an energy drink last about a half hour at most.

Never saw the reason for energy drinks... never had one actually. I'd rather sleep, or have a real meal, or tea... with or without teaine (no idea how it's spelled, but kinda like coffeeine)(?). And never close to bedtime... or when I haven't had enough regular water...

Yes, I got my rules, but I'm healthy and all that, (even tho I eat a lot of candy when there is some home) so guess it works... (and i'm not mean, i'm tired. Just to clear that out. Don't get any wrong ideas)

I have coke on occasions but mostly it is chai green tea, coffee, wine, Absinthe and of coarse water, but during my time in Spain I found a lovely soda Kaz (spelling).

I am one of the who drinks and energy drinks, so I am pretty wired
