One of the big movie rental chains is closing quite a few locations in Canada, so they're having a clear-out sale. My husband and I stopped in just for a few minutes on Saturday and counting a couple of double-features, we got 10 movies for just over $40. A few are: Beowulf and Grendel; a 4 pack of Christopher Lee Dracula movies; and a Johnny Depp one that I've never even heard of before, called The Man Who Cried.

I may drop in again later in the week, and see if they've dropped the prices even more.

I got tempted into buying a Lip Service t-shirt ($6) and cincher ($20) on ebay. The shipping is reasonable ($11 for the two items), compared to the horrendous fees other sellers are asking, which is really the main reason I succumbed...

Now I just have to cross my fingers that the stuff will fit me becasue I'm pretty much gambling with the Lippy sizes. :blush:

have had to got out this morning to go and buy a new laptop as mine died :S last night... :( ...xx

Just bought two pairs of boots. Pleaser Delight 2049 and Demonia Torment 703. Really wanted a pair of Torment 718 but unfortunately, that appears to have been discontinued so I got the next best thing.
