My favourite is Dungeons and Dragons as a p&p rpg, Neverwinter Nights 2 as a pc rpg.
I don't really have time to do any gaming becasue university takes up most of my time, so I don't keep track of any new stuff. I'd only really like to have some time to play through the last two expansions of NN2...

Final Fantasy series.

Though I must say that I'm a fan of (almost) any RPG. Grandia, for example, is quite a good one for the somewhat unique battle system.

i have to agree with envy, and say the legend of zelda. it's always been great, and i've only ever found one that i didn't like, zelda 2 the adventures of link on the nes.
