I will admit that I am not a fan of them, but I do like a few of their songs. I remember hearing that they were changing their musical style for this upcoming album.

I'll back you up! I have Fallen and The Open Door, and I like them both and listen to them quite a bit. I don't know anything about their new album though, sorry...

I also have Fallen and at the time it was released I listened to it a lot. I never had a chance to really listen through The Open Door, so I can't say much about it.
I was just honest when I said I couldn't care less. *shrugs* If I didn't read metal mags and metal internet portals, I'd think Evanescence didn't even exist any more.
On the whole, I just can't be bothered with the album releases of any band, even the ones that I absolutely love. When they release it, they release it; till then I have other stuff to think about.

I actually don't read metal mags anymore, and not often on metal-related sites so..Yup. They practically were non-existant in my mind until now! :P

I don't know alot and i don't look for online gossip, but the last i heard,the group had underwent lineup changes due to romantic drama, but they were working on a new release...
the thing i need is not so much new material, but some of the pre-fallen stuff
