Damn! I need a new pair of those!

I have one just like that by TUK and even though they're essentially brand new, there's a hole that's been grinded out of the heel of both of my shoes!

Infuriating how short a lifespan flats have!

Yeah, I agree! I think it's because you walk a bit differently when you are in flats - there is more friction between the shoe and the floor - at least that is my theory! :P

@ firensia: Thanks! :)

Just thought I'd share this:

Warning: Spoiler!

Not sure how you'd walk in them though.

I was going to say - With difficulty! They remind me of another pair I've seen before.

oh, in the \"ballet\" boots Envy posted it's impossible to walk. Try walking on the tips of your toes and you'll have an idea. The heel is of no real support. I had 5 years of classic ballet classes and I know how it is having bloody toes (also tried those boots once in a shop - awfull). No thanks. :S

The ones which Firensia posted are quite easy to wlak in, in comparision - still not verty comfortable, but at least you can *walk* in them.

Funny, I would have guessed it would be the other way around. At least the red ones have some kind of heel, no matter how tall and skinny it is. The black ones look like they'd just make you fall over backwards.
