How about this one :)

Even a man who is pure in heart and says his prayers by night, may become a wolf when the wolfsbane blooms and the autumn moon is bright.

That dragon looks familiar to me too, but I can't place it at the moment. Maybe Puff the Magic Dragon...?

I prefer the Chinese dragon. In contrast to the European dragon, Chinese is a good start. According to Chinese belief, the serpent-long dwells in rivers, lakes and seas, but capable and soar to the heavens. It clearly appear the traces of moisture and rain god, originally associated with the cult of fertility. As the king of animals dragon was a symbol of imperial power.
