Skie, definitely also read the Dresden Files from the start. I think Turn Coat is book 11, or something. Start with Storm Front. I started re-reading them this past weekend, and I am up to book 5 now, Death Masks. Whoo hoo! Demons! The main character really evolves from that book, and while they might make sense reading them out of order, they are a lot more fun to read in order, because all the characters grow, change, etc., through the series. But I love the series. I used to have two cats, named Harry and Morgan, after two characters in the books. Harry is no longer with us, but I still have Morgan, sitting by my feet as I write this.

I actually read book 4 first, not knowing that it would have made a lot more sense to read them in order, but I quickly went back and got the first 3 books, and have been a devotee ever since.

I know. The person who got the book for me didn't know which one it was. At the time it was the newest book out. It'll still be some time before I'm able to read those books though. I've got about 10 more in front of me I'm working on.

I have a similarly large pile of books to get to, including Under the Dome, the newest Stephen King. But my husband has to read it first since it was his Christmas present. Which means I might get to read it by 2025. If I am still alive by then. Ugh.

Still on Death Masks, but almost done. Too much time in the car today, not enough time in the comfy chair.

Nothing to see here, move along folks.

Nearly done with 'An Evil Cradling'..

I found out that 'Trainspotting' actually has a sequel - But I doubt I'd get hold of it anytime soon. I think it'd also lead to very awkward questions from my parents. The sequel is called 'Porno' and I usually get my mother to pick up my books from the library..

Yeah, your mom might not like asking the librarian for \"Porno\". I can see that.

I am about half done with Blood Rites, the next Dresden files book. Since I spent several hours sitting at the mechanic's shop today getting my husband's car serviced. Fun fun fun.

Ugh, my pile of books is overflowing. I had to go out and buy a new bookshelf yesterday. I have too many movies and books to fit in my room! :cheer:

Started my favorite Dresden book today, Dead Beat. You can't beat the zombie hoard!!!

And I promised my kid a new bookshelf about 6 months ago. Still haven't lived up to that one. Her current shelf has only four shelves, and she now has piles of books on the floor in her room. She is Mini-Me!

Nothing to see here, move along folks.
