It's probably produced under license. Here you can check the list of all companies that have a license agreement with Alchemy: www.alchemylicensing.com/licensing/index.../existing-licensees/

No idea. The Alchemy logo is nicely visible on it, and it looks pretty good quality, so I assume it's a licensed product. As to why the company isn't on the list, maybe it's a sister company of the one who has the license, or something like that.
There's a wide range of different items produced under license featuring Alchemy artwork, so you can be pretty sure you'll find all kinds of stuff.
