Hmm..I couldn't find baking/cookery thread so..

Do any of you know of any good butter/sugar/egg substitutes? A friend and I are wanting to make low-fat sugary things..

We found some stuff on the internet about applesauce as a butter and egg replacement but we're doubtful it works. :woohoo: I have a feeling if we attempted, a mushy monster would come out of the oven.
