Anyone advise me on P.U.Ls

Ive applied for a licence on a piece of artwork a couple of times with no reply.

You should get an automatic reply, if I read it correctly here:

You can also directly e-mail Alchemy with any problems...

Basically, you can use Alchemy artwork privatively, but not commercially (and by commercially is meant any form with which you would earn money or some other value on account of using Alchemy's property without an licensing agreement).
